รู้ไว้ก่อน “วูบ”
6 สัญญาณเตือน ที่นักปั่นต้องไม่มองข้าม! 🚴♂️⚠️
1. หน้ามืด มึนหัว
เหมือนภาพเบลอ ทรงตัวลำบาก
2. ใจเต้นเร็ว / ใจสั่นผิดปกติ
คล้ายจะเป็นลม หรือหวิวในอก
3. เหงื่อออกเยอะ + ตัวเย็น
โดยเฉพาะในวันที่อากาศไม่ได้ร้อนมาก
4. แขนขาอ่อนแรง
รู้สึกหมดแรงแบบเฉียบพลัน
5. คลื่นไส้ หรืออยากอาเจียน
สัญญาณเตือนระบบในร่างกายรวน
6. หอบ เหนื่อย หายใจไม่ทัน
แม้จะปั่นช้าๆ ก็ยังหายใจลำบาก
ถ้าเริ่มมีอาการเหล่านี้:
✅ หยุดปั่นทันที
✅ นั่งพักในที่ร่ม
✅ จิบน้ำ หรือน้ำเกลือแร่
✅ ขอความช่วยเหลือถ้าจำเป็น
🛑 อย่าฝืนเด็ดขาด เพราะ "วูบ" อาจนำไปสู่อุบัติเหตุร้ายแรงได้

Feeling faint or a fluttery sensation in the chest.
3. Excessive Sweating + Cold Skin

4. Sudden Weakness in Arms or Legs
A sudden, overwhelming loss of strength.
5. Nausea or the Urge to Vomit
A sign that your body’s systems are out of balance.
6. Shortness of Breath or Heavy Breathing
Even when cycling slowly, it’s hard to catch your breath.
If you experience any of these symptoms:
✅ Stop cycling immediately
✅ Rest in a shaded or cool area
✅ Sip water or an electrolyte drink
✅ Ask for help if needed
🛑 Do not push through it!
A "blackout" can lead to serious accidents.
